Every lead is 100% exclusively owned by YOU. This is crucial to remember because the “game is long.” These leads may find their way to a webinar or engage with us months later, and they will still be connected to you!

  • a. If you have a concierge meeting someone on your behalf, you will see it
    updated in your CRM lead status to “1st meeting set.”
  • b. If a concierge sets a Roadmap Review appointment for you, it will immediately
    appear in your calendar, and you will receive an email notification.
  • c. If a caller or digital communication sets an appointment for you directly, you
    will receive an email notification, and the lead status will update accordingly.
  • a. Use your IFW Hubspot calendar or your preferred personal calendar when you

    have a concierge. When using your own calendar please make sure to

    manually update the lead status immediately. This is critical, or we will not

    know you’ve updated the status.

  • IFW aims to immediately contact your new direct Retirement Score leads, and we reach out to webinar leads right after the webinar. In the first month, we contact leads regularly, often once a day. After that, we pace it a little slower to avoid any complaints.
